Dave Kelly is not recommended as a person or to do business with. He is unable to comprehend simple communication and resorts to swearing and acting like a child, talking over the top of conversation when he does not get his way. I certainly would not recommend any of my clients use this persons services as his recent display towards our business leaves a lot to be desired.
