Michael and Rachel in Loan Department helped me and they were proficient and patient.I was thinking about sending them gift cards but ones words indicating satisfaction and praise shall suffice.My only suggestions are to pick up the pace. Don't waste time on paperwork concerning undesired insurance services. Again, ones words should suffice in this respect. No need to force member to sign a paper with a checked boxed saying just as much.
