I have been with the company on my car for six years, and they have always been there for me if I needed any kind of help. I am very pleased to be a customer, and would gladly do so again.

Daughter is buying a new car, dealership calls AAC to get the payoff amount and was told by the AAC representative that they would not be able to get her out of the contract. What audacity to actually say that. After reading other reviews about this company I see that we are not alone. Hard to believe that a company with these kinds of tactics is able to stay in business.

This company sucks. They don't even mail or e-mail a receipt after making a payment. That should have been red flag number one. Secondly, it seems like the interest rate changes every month. And of course, the bulk of the payment goes towards the interest.

This is probably going to seem like a very strange rating for a debt collection agency but every single star is for Courtney. This representative went above and beyond when it came to communication and resolving my situation involving receiving proof of a debt being paid off. I hope she recieves every promotion and pay raise available. We need more people like this working at debt collection/loan agencies!

You send documents with confirmation it’s received then someone else will call with no knowledge or understanding of what the previous rep told you because they don’t document your account. You have to constantly call for updates or resend documents I can notwait to refinance through my credit union. DO NOT DO NOT use them

Who charges a few to make a car payment. You are ripping people off hundreds of dollars by charging a few to make a payment not to mention your high a** interest rates. Way to rip people off the legal way so sad.

I set my car payment on auto pay for the 15th of the month when we get paid our due date is the 18th of the month they rejected my payment on the 15th because and I quote “they’d be losing money if I paid it early.” We’ve had our car almost a year now and it’s showing we haven’t even paid $1,000 towards the principal. On the bill they don’t show what the percentage is of the interest rate. Probably because it changes and goes up every month. Out of a $463.00 car payment they have only $81.00 going toward the principal and $381.00 toward the interest. The month before that $311 went toward the interest, and before that $206 toward the interest. It is a very unprofessional company and I recommend no one going to them even if you are desperate.
