Absolute mess of customer service. Couldn't put an item code into a till. Couldn't work out a way around it. I wouldn't mind but it was a 6 quid bluray! 2 members of staff staring at me blankly or asking me to come back another time...I was offered a quid off which was handy when it was in a 3 for 2 offer anyways which wouldn't have still been valid. Complete shambles and I won't be going back.
