Support people dont know how to limit sharing with nonaffiliates. Their documentation says you can restrict it online, but there is no way to do it. Their document also says call the #800. I called in and the support people dont know how to restrict nonaffiliates. Support people investigated how to restrict access. When they came back, they said they restricted access for a memo on my account. I cannot see it, so cannot verify it.

I took down my first review because they reasoned with me. But their mobile app never updated to what I had available or actually had in my account. And pending transactions wouldn’t go through for weeks. Leaving me overdrafting my account. Now I’m extremely broke!! Living off of hotdogs and bread to make it by until I get my paycheck. So I haven’t been putting money in my account. And what do they do? Use up my last $6 on inactive charges. Well I was gonna use that money to buy some lunch instead of going hungry but thanks for taking what I had left. HATE THIS BANK!! Nothing but problems!

I have no idea how this bank is a checking account bank, but as the managers of my Health Savings Account I get the impression they are a Bernie Madoff operation...can't enroll online to see my account and their online support doesn't offer any support whatsoever...15 minutes on the phone being transferred from one department to another just to end up at a voice mail system in the middle of the day. So, no one I CAN get ahold of can help and the only one(s) that CAN help are somehow not available in the middle of the day? Wasn't that Bernie Madoff's M.O.?
