For all the money these guys make and I mean they make serious $$$ try getting to a tech when you have an issue you will wait in excess of 30 minutes 99% of the time. You can never resolve any issue with a transaction while the customer is in the Store. They charge $70 on average for their POS and they just got BOOST MOBILE on board as well and eventually all BOOST MOBILE stores will be running their Platform this is PATHETIC such a big company with such terrible wait time. Does it really cost that much to increase your Support Staff????
