I am really bad with money. As a result, my account is often out of sorts. I am never made to feel poorly and get treated with dignity and respect here. Patiently Michelle answers my questions and helps me navigate the banking system in my favor. Melissa always greets me with a smile and directs me to where I need to be. All of the tellers take the time to make sure I have everything I need. This credit union is simply the best, and I wouldn't trade them for the world.

I've been working with BCEFCU as a vendor for over a year now and it's been a great experience to work with Nick and Laura and their team. They're great communicators and it's clear to see their devotion to doing good work. I've yet to meet an unfriendly employee-- Everyone is professional, gracious, courteous, and welcoming. I'm proud of the work we do together and the relationships I've developed as a result.

I would leave zero stars if it was possible. This loan manager is unbelievable. She is inexperienced and has poor customer service. She was not willing to help even in a situation that the customer is not the cause of the problem. I will take my business elsewhere and advise others to do the same.

I'd like to shed a natural light on the loan department here. They honestly need to chill with customer service. I believe the manager had music on in the background which she refused to turn down while I called her. I'd rather get a loan from a loan shark! What's next? A resort fee?!

I found out the vins did not match my title to what was on my motorcycle. After some research it’s a small common mistake. Straight from the Mva it was a simple fix. All that was needed was the title and lien release to be given to the Mva to retitle it. Would be done the same day by the Mva which would fix the title for me and the lien release for the bank. The dealer does all of this. Spoke to Anna from the loan department. She said she has never heard of this and I needed to do a new loan which would of course effect my credit. I told her to verify what I was telling her. She basically refused. She asked the dealer for many things which he provided. He even got documents from the past where he has handled this before. A rep from the parent company that owns the motorcycle brand said it’s an easy fix and has offered to get involved. I even confirmed it with a gm at two dealerships outside of the situation. They both said it was an easy fix and that was the proper procedure. I’m being forced to either write a check for 16k or get a new loan as she won’t allow the dealer to get the lien release. He even offered to get an affidavit for her. It was supposed to be a simple few hour process and I’ve been made to feel like a thief
