Worst credit union ever!After my boyfriend experience diabetic ketoacidosis and had a heart attack and needed a triple bypass surgery he notified the bank in writing as they requested. His account later became negative when a reoccurring payment attempted to be taken out again and again and charged $28 fee for each attempt. They called me because my name was on the account. I was told if not paid it would go to collections at the end of the month. I explained he was in the hospital that his triple bypass had complications and he needed to go back to surgery. I explained he was waiting for his social security and it would be 2 to 3 weeks but it would be paid when instantly deposited in to that account.BUT I guess the bank was betting he might not live, because as soon as they hung up 5 minutes later went in to MY account and took my disability payment that pays my mortgage, without telling me. (So my mortgage payment wouldn’t go thru and they can charge me $28 fee) When I called them they said “ they had the right to collect their money” SO MUCH FOR BEING A MEMBER of 25 years. At the worst time of your life they care only about money.Sent from my iPhone
