My suggestion is dont waste your time with this bank. They have had their hand in my pocket more than i have. Last month I was charged the daily over draft fee 3 times in one day and another example is i was charged a $30 overdraft fee on an account that wasnt even in the negatives and they refunded the money but this happens time and time again and we work to hard for our money to have it stolen by crooked banks trying to squeeze blood out of a turnip

We have banked here since 2003. We had a construction loan through them to build our house and they were great to work with. So we moved all our accounts over to them. They've always been good to do their best to help us. From refinance to loans to new accounts. They're on top of it!

Bank of Bolivar is a horrible place to bank. They are unprofessional and their officers and tellers need more training. They have caused a month long fiasco with no "sorry for the inconvenience". Important business should not be dealt with in the lobby of the bank where everyone else can hear it. Very rude and unprofessional. I would suggest that anyone who banks there to think twice about their choice in who handles their money. And if I could give a negative rating I would.

I love banking with the Bank of Bolivar. I just have one slight issue with the current parking, it's hard to maneuver around since one side is on a hill and the other is below it, seems slightly unsafe for those who need handicap parking or for people in wheelchairs. Again, not a big deal, it doesn't change the fact that Bank of Bolivar is a great place to bank!

I've banked here since 2010. Any time I've needed help, there's always been someone to help with tax forms or whatever. I had an issue where I had a new phone number and I couldn't get into their online banking service. A phone call fixed that.I also had a Fast-n-Friendly ATM double-charge me. The bank believed me and refunded this money before getting a response from the ATM owners. Super happy with my banking here!
