Alice and Joy E. are incredible. Helped us move our family and our business finances over and guide us through alot of complicated changes. The tellers are also incredible, the fastest I have EVER seen.Being totally honest, BankOH is years behind mainland banks as far as their online banking and other convenience features. For example they dont even offer their own credit cards, which are all done through barclay, a very frustrating organization. Another thing thats off, is that you cannot manage personal and business accounts from one screen online or anything. Their rewards cards are also VERY stingy, dont offer anything more than 1% back or things like airline miles. The staff at this branch makes all of those setbacks worth it. Great service. convenient location

The worst bank in Hawaii.Customer service is lacking, almost always long lines, ATM's down or mobile banking application services unavailable. Online banking features significantly lacking.Bank with a real local bank that cares. This is a wannabe Bank of America.

Literally 1 teller on Friday at 3pm.afternoon. Wanted to complain but the manager already left for the day. Lines were insane. There were 4 tellers, 1for business only, 1 for bankohana members only, 1 for everyone else. There was one trainee that could not do money orders. Please get it together. A lot of angry customers.

This was my home branch of Bank of Hawaii. I came in here and signed up for my first checking account in high school. Staff was friendly and the building was great. Since my mom drove me, didn't have to worry about parking at the time, but look back and returning in this day and age, it can get hairy. Still, great bank.
