Ever since opening my account at this particular branch I have not been able to complete 95% of my transactions due to some reason or another. I understand that this is not a full service branch, but I was given info on the phone prior to arriving that they would be able to service my needs. Very dissatisfied with BOH !!! Will be shopping around for better service !
