Had a fraudulent charge on my account and it was shut down and was not notified of it. After fi nding out about it I go to them the next day on a Saturday wait for 30 minutes and tell them my problem. They tell me that they are,closing and I can go to another location that closes the same time. They didn't care about the situation I had.

Applied for a auto refinance loan , Never got the true story , So we ended up declining there financing. Very poor service. This is so sad after having two home loans and a car loan with BOK . I really expected a better experience. The bank has since asked for my number to talk about this so I gave it to them and they still have never contacted me . I have now closed on a loan I applied for at another bank instead.

BOK is the only place I will be doing my banking business at. They always take time to answer my questions and listen to my concerns. They are very quick and efficient through the drive thru. Natalie is such a great teller she is always so friendly and helpful. Becky is very professional and is very willing to help you with anything. I definitely recommend this bank!
