I have had many dealings with Mr. Brian Kendricks and Mrs. Pam Kendricks and i find them to be extremely knowledgeable in the field that they are conducting business in. Brian and Pam are always there to answer any questions or concerns that a client may have during a transaction. Brian and Pam are the best out there in the manufactured home loan business. They have financed several of my buyers and also a couple of refinances for my customers that needed to tap into their home equity for handicap accessible renovations. They make the application and closing process seamless for the customer and they answer their phones! I use them whenever possible and highly recommend them for anyone looking to buy a manufactured home.

Most lenders will require you to fill out an application before they even speak with you. Bass Funding goes above and beyond, as they have taken care of our customers for over 3 years. They aren't like most lenders because they will actually have a conversation with you about what you are wanting to accomplish and direct you in how to reach your goal of home ownership.
