I had a horrible experience. I went in for a cash advance due to a payroll issue at my job I would not be getting paid for two weeks. I went in with all of the paperwork. Due to the fact that my job doesn't give employee verification over the phone and it was a pay week the lady refused my application but told me to come back when I got paid!!! She stated I could've been fired and even though I could prove that a payroll check with coming for the pay period via my employee she refused me. I needed the cash advance because I didn't get paid why would I come back when I got paid. Note to anyone trying to get cash advance. They will call your family members and your job to verify who you are. If you are a contractual worker do not let them know or they will not allow for the advance.

Horrible customer service !!! First time last week ! I had all required paperwork but clerk refused me . However , called and the owner answered the phone ! He and his wife were so personable and helped me out ! Although my experience was horrible at first Mr and MRS Murdock made my experience a little easier ! Thank you !

The staff there is incredible. They treat you as though you were family. Very pleasant atmosphere. I've been going there for over 10 years. Would highly recommend Bay Financial. They are always there to.help you. You will never go anywhere else.

Very snappy, not customer friendly, first impression was horrible, second visit wasn't much better. I only did business with them once tried to give them another try and was totally disappointed. Will not reccomend them to anyone not even my worst enemy. They will not get any of my business in the future.
