Upon initial conversation, he said that he could get me a loan in the 6-8% range. After many email, phone calls, and a lot of financials, the loan rate was 12%. He came back again, said that he wanted another stab at it and thought, this time, he could deliver on the promise of 6-8%. After wasting considerably more time, the result was the same.....12%. What a colossal waste of time!
