These guys are not worth the time. I had some stereo equipment I was going to donate to Goodwill, but at the last moment I decided to give them a try. Long story short, I felt like they treated me like a drug addict trying to score a few bucks. I have ran successful businesses for the better part of my adult life, so I was reasonable in my expectations. In fact we were only $15-20 away in what I considered fair. Both the guys there dealt with me, but I wrapped up business with the Spanish gentleman, who put on his best toothe ache face and voice, and made it seem like that $15-20 would break the bank and the world would fall apart. Just old school bush league sales. Yeah $15 here and there will add up, but not in a negative way. Your overall sales volume will always go up when you value a satisfied customer over something petty such as a mere twenty bucks. Trust me, thats the modern rule, even in a business such as the pawn game. Nordstroms will still let you return an old pair of shoes. And what made it worse was these guys had the look like they "got" me. Like they won the $20 war which I wasn't even trying to fight. Stay away from this place if you want to avoid that sleazy cheap remorse feeling.

Thanks for waiting the 2 mins it would have taken me to come and get my stuff!!! Poor customer service!!!! I was right at the door I will never be using them again there are other pawn shops that are a little more customer friendly

We weren’t even shopping there and still managed to have a terrible experience. My friend and I were at the Beaverton food carts behind the shop when we realized her car had been towed. She is a new mother and did not notice the “no parking” signs posted in the lot she parked in. She was clearly upset, but was rational and maintained herself while talking to the towing company. She was explaining to them that while she understood that she was in the wrong, they had her car seat and she could not take an Uber home without it. The driver told her she needed to talk to Beaverton Pawn because the owner calls them at least “ten times a week”. We went inside to ask him if he had an infant seat so we could call a cab, and he said, verbatim, “no hahahah you park where you’re not supposed to you get towed!” I want to stress that she is a single mother of an 18 month old, and it was over 90 degrees outside. He was overwhelming rude and getting enjoyment out of the entire situation. Needless to say, we will never shop there, and I am contacting BG’s Food Cartel to ask them to please warn their patrons that they will get towed if they park anywhere near his shop.

First visit to this place yesterday. The guys in the shop were pleasant and helpful. I felt like I was getting a fair deal. The process was easy. I was in and out in less than half an hour. And I was probably only there that long because the guys were so nice that we talked for a while! I had not been to a pawn shop before and these guys would definitely make me want to go back again.
