I gave just 4 stars because of very bad experience from the first day when we were locked out for 4 hours, the key not working .We rent a condo through Casago. At check in we were told that they have just one key. We ask for a second one, the manager left for 15 minutes to make a copy. We left for the beach and I return to the condo to pick something the key did,t work. Short story we had to wait for 4 hours until a locksmith came in and open the door. Casago's customer service is terrible. Everything was ok except this incident.
