My future son in law got a loan for his first car. He attempted to make his first payment by phone. He thought it went through. But it didn't. Instead of contacting him or giving him a warning that his payment was late, they just called a repo company that came and took the car without any warning. He immediately went in and made two payments. No sympathy or attempt to help this young man. The repo company is charging an enormous amount to get the car back.Horrible bank with no customer service. I am a member of a much better credit union and would never recommend this place to anyone.

Have been a member since the 90s. Great service from familiar faces. Formerly just available to Wyeth employees, now open to all of Chester County. What an opportunity for locals!
