Follow up ...May 8...We had not heard any reply from Benedetti & Associates, so we made a decision to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.May 15...Trent, from Benedetti & Associates, reached out via email stating he “… received a copy of the complaint filed with the BBB about our tax preparation services… ” I reply later than evening to his email that it is ok with us.May 24...We receive a message that Better Business Bureau has made several attempts to contact the business regarding the above referenced complaint. They have not received a response from Benedetti & Associates despite their best efforts. Benedetti & Associates has not even taken the time to reply or respond to a professional inquiry.Total Disgust.
