It is a horrible place to go get anything butchered at I repeat do not go get your cow butchered at this place Was supposed to get a 160 pounds of meat and ended up with a total of 100 pounds and got things we did not even order And if you take away the things that we did not even order it ends up being A lot less than what we even got It looks like they literally hacked the cow Everything was labeled T bone and we got a sack full of mystery meat we don't even know what it is

First time having a cow butchered and split and was beyond dissapointed. They only gave us half the pricing with the fees so we ended up paying DOUBLE what we were told. NOT HAPPY. And when I asked them about it, they were RUDE and didn't offer any resolution. BAD BUSINESS! Won't be back and nor do I recommend anyone going there.

I did not even want to give one star as my family is very disappointed in the hog we had butchered here this fall. Out of an entire hog we got four packages of bacon that are not even eddible and only four packages really something is wrong there. Our pork chops where cut with the grain instead of against it. To make a long story short this hog was a loss of money for us and the farmer. In addition our hog was brought in by the farmer with 8 or 9 other hogs and three of them supposidls had "no bacon" and one had no bulk sausage.....what!!! I would not recommend this place to anyone.
