I have been living in this property for more than 2 years and the truth is that everything is in total deterioration. The hallway smells horrible, the carpets have spots of dog urine everywhere. Call boxes don't work. Not a single update in the gym or pool. The pool heater doesn't work either. Months ago the management said they were going to paint the walls of the corridors and that they were going to hire a company to clean the windows, none of this has been fulfilled. They don't do events for residents like in most condos. They eliminated the water, juices and cookies that used to be available for residents. The building is so deteriorated that it seems older than it really is. It's a shame, they're going to lose the residents if they don't do something to improve. What saves this building is the perfect location and the excellent assistance of Doris and Jesus!
