In the past the BBB was great. Now that google and the web push different review platforms , the bbb is becoming a thing of the past. My company get reviews daily. Good and bad. We also get complaints . The problem is the complaints will only get resolved if the consumer is happy or gets something out of it even if they aren’t due any credit or service. It’s EXTORTION. Basically my customer says they will mark a Complaint resolved satisfactory if they get money off . What what... that’s extortion and the bbb encourages it. In fact the Bbb will reach out to complaints or reviews that haven’t responded or that have been marked resolved and pry to ask more to upset the customer . My customers complaint was resolved for 3 months . The Bbb called and now we have anther complaint open. DO NOT USE THE BBB . Waste of time and will do nothing but harm your business .
