These guys were very disappointing. As an electrical contractor we are always renting lifts and using them for projects. We decided to use birch equipment as they were close by a project we were on. We filled the form out online and nobody contacted us. I proceeded to call them and got a lift set up. They said it would be $345 for an articulating lift. They dropped it off and we used it for 2 hours. Afterwards they charged me $700 dollars. When I called them they said it was $150 to drop off and $150 to pick up. This was never discussed in the beginning stages. I ended up eating $300 to my customer and birch equipment wouldn’t work with us. They wouldn’t work with us at all on the prices. As a local business I will take my business somewhere else who is upfront with there pricing.
