Incredibly mortifying buying experience, if I could give zero stars I would. The salesman that I dealt with, Junior, comes off as kind and has quite the sense of humour. He'd have too, because when getting down to specifics, you'd run. He encourages you to sign here sign there it's straight forward. He fails to mention all the extra fees, for example, the costs for purchasing and installing the engine device which in the event of a missed payment, will disable. He will also indicate it's an "open" lease, however, it is not. You're required to keep the vehicle for 3 years before you can trade or you'll be on the hook for all the interest for the entire duration of the lease if you choose to buy out early. The "leases" are incredibly one sided, to their advantage. The finance manager at this location is extremely abrasive, ignorant and will imply you know nothing and everyone else is liars, when in reality, the high pressure just sign here will leave you the one being misled, which is interesting because the only "liars" I've dealt with were these "salespeople" ill use that term loosely. So, if you're in the market to lease a car for a lengthy amount of time, be lied to, talked to like you're trash and want to throw your money away, because repairs are extremely hard to get done, buy a car here! However, if you're looking for honesty, integrity, fairness and transparency, avoid this place at all costs, you will not find that here!!!
