Where do I start? David the owner of Black Diamond Mtg was very knowledgeable & helpful and Danelle my Loan Officer was same dealing in my first transaction of VA construction loan most lenders in American cannot do!. After ONE YEAR of communicating and changing properties I closed on my purchase loan yesterday! Maria the operations manager and the entire staff are quick, responsive and get answers when needed. I KNOW WHAT I AM TALKING ABOUT as I had 30 + years in the Mortgage Business, a VA Automatic Underwriter, FHLMC/FNMA Risk underwriter and I cannot give a higher recommendation than I do here for Danelle and all of the staff at Black Diamond mortgage.
