Wow on hold for 23 minutes and then I get transferred to voice mail! Once again, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE as always. EVERY time I call to speak to somebody this is what happens. There are many other banking options to choose from that actually provide SERVICE!

Love the bank have been with them for half a year but the only down side is when u first bank with them they give you a temporary card until you get the one with the chip but they never seem to take that seriously I’ve had to renew my card going on 3 times now gets old because you have to pay 5 dollar each time

Showed up at 5:05 because google maps states it closes at 5:30. Lady came to the door to say they are closed. She could've shown some customer service and helped but no that would actually be real customer service lol. Most likely looking for a new bank tomorrow Possibly Northern Hills

Had money in a savings account. Got a letter one day saying it was all confiscated... They called it an "inactive service fee" and took $25/mo out of my account until they drained it. This used to be known as "stealing" from your customer.

Initially I was very happy with the service I received. I have an auto loan now and was surprised how easy it was to set up ( I do Not have good credit). But as time went on I began to have issues.Update May 2018. Things have been going pretty well but had some issues with an external money transfer. It took nearly seven days for the transfer to be completed, slower than US mail. Got the runaround from customer service. Had several service charges on the other end due to delays. Have had several other issues concerning policy that I do not agree with. For example online banking down for 3 days over Labor Day. Restrictions on the numbers of transfers.All wire transfers are manually done which delays the process. Hold times to get through to someone have doubled since the system was upgraded. External transfers had to be redone by the customer , due to the upgrade. The skip one payment program offered has a $25 fee.

They're always reliable for me. Their electronic banking is very easy, I don't know what that other review is talking about. They have a cute app the that is secure and easy to use.
