I just wanted to share my great experience with everyone that is thinking of opening an account with BOQ, I was very hesitant at first as I have been with my current branch and bank for so long! But the service and communication was absolutely outstanding from Campbell Morrow (Relationship Manager). I am super busy and always on the run so don't quite have the time to visit the branch but a lengthy phone call, he responded to all of many questions very quickly and was super helpful throughout the entire process. I now an grad I made the decision opened up a new account with BOQ Richmond Thank you for your help!
