Having been with one of the big four for years and run business accounts, we went to BOQ in Toowoomba Grand Central to set up a Trust Account. These can take days to set up. The BOQ lady who helped us was fantastic - really really happy with her knowledge of what to do, and her efficiency. In addition, they gave us a direct contact number and you get a person and not a machine. I would go miles to deal with more companies that provide that level of service. We will be moving more accounts to them.
