When we decided to go with a different lender Brandon called our agent and was extremely disrespectful to her as well as myself. He texted me in a very unprofessional manner saying how I should be ashamed of myself, among other things. Mind you all he had done at this point was get us a preapproval. I was willing to overlook his initial condescending demeanor with me as I was grateful for his help, but after seeing how he dealt with rejection I am so glad I dodged that bullet. Huge disappointment.
