I got a loan here for a truck and I was told that I had to get gap coverage from the bank in order to get the loan but what they don’t tell you is that if you sell or trade the truck after 60 days of the loan Broadway bank keeps all the funds you spent on the gap coverage and yes you can help me by refunding me my GAP funds you took from me......that’s not good customer service...
