My card occasionally just doesn't work for a brief period of time if I make a small purchase with it early in the day. It's supposedly something to do with ensuring it hasn't been stolen, but it's really just annoying and pretty stupid since I can still use it to just withdraw the needed cash at an atm.Also, their online banking service constantly forces me to reset my password making it easier for me to just use PayPal or Wallet for anything beyond simple every day purchases.All in all, I wouldn't recommend BFCU if you can find another establishment that won't be as annoying.
