I absolutely love banking with BAECU. I just have one request, and please let me explain. I have been unavailable to go to the bank for approximately 8 months because of the hours I work 9-5:30 M-F. I've even tried to make it to the bank by 6 on Thursday and Friday and by 5:45 the doors are locked and the drive through is closed. My question is, is it possible to consider staying open at least until 6:30 on Thursday and Friday???

Money was practically stolen from me, and when I went to figure the situation out I was directed to Kim who was very arrogant towards me to begin with. She was no help and I ended up having to pay an NSF fee for a charge that came out twice, rather than once. I even have proof of the authorization that the charge came out the first time. They need an employee that seeks to find a solution rather than an arrogant one that just wants you out the door. If I hadn’t paid money to open up my account, I would have closed it then and there.

I find the Armco Employees Credit Union the best and only place to bank. The employees are considerate, thorough and have always kept my business confidential. Over the years my loans were approved in a timely manner and the payroll deductions always made my payments affordable. I have nothing but admiration for the employees and would consider banking nowhere else. Keep up your fine services. I wish you continued growth in the community.

Took forever to close on my mortgage, when I called I kept getting put off by impatient and rude workers. When I finally got fed up enough to be rude back I was told there was nothing they could do. After much more trouble we did finally close on our house; it turns out the credit union contracts out to other banks for their closings so they really don't have a say in anything other than apparently getting the business. This isn't the first trouble I've had there, if someplace else had rates as low I'd go there.
