I changed to this firm about 3 years ago and I have been totally pleased with them. I can call or email questions throughout the year and get it answered without issues. They came highly recommend to me and I would highly recommend them as well!

I had worked out what I should get back on my return before coming to these people. I did not know exactly which forms to use and was a new small business owner which is why I came to them. I told them the type of business that I was in (trucker) and they claimed to be very knowledgeable (absolute lie). They originally had me paying close to $3,000 rather than getting almost that much back. After repeatedly correcting them (Byers) I did eventually get a return that I could actually use.Ultimately they were completely clueless and incompetent and for the low cost of $250+ (I think it was actually $285) would have had me losing close to $6,000. Anyone who has used them should definitely double check their returns and see what was missed. I gave them very clear concise deductible expenses and they left out many of them, more than once! They also had me deducting things that are not allowed, such as the full cost of my cell phone (dual use allows %50)

Rachel and her team have been handling all our tax matters since we moved to Daphne. I could not be happier or more pleased with the quality of service here. Everyone has always gone above and beyond with all the various tax items we needed help on. Always willing to take the time to explain what is going on, and with a very friendly, professional manner. I don't often leave reviews, but Byers and Byers deserves 11 stars!!!

RIta met with my daughter who is going on a two year missionary trip. Everything about her taxes seemed confusing to us - working in one state, living in another, moving to a third and then foreign earned income but having to do that a certain length of time!!! In an hour, everything was taken care of including power of attorney and necessary paperwork notarized! Thank you so much Rita!
