I wanted to add my voice to the ever growing number of people who are happy to sing the praises of Scott Smith at Cairns Finance. I recommended Scott to my son who was running into all kinds of obstacles in trying to acquire funds from a lender for this third invest meant property. The banks had seemingly all tightened up their lending criteria after the Royal Commission, and as a self employed person, my son was not having any success at all,..that is until he sat down with Scott and slowly they developed a plan and strategy and true story and account of his financial position and then found the right fit with a lender who was happy to provide the funds in order to make my sons dreams a reality. It is better to speak with a very knowledgeable broker like Scott than it is to try and persevere with just one bank. Scott has access to around 100 lenders, and can make finance much easier. We totally recommend Scott Smith and Cairns Finance.

I have experienced awesome service personally and we always refer our buyers of commercial property to Scott Smith and the team at Cairns Finance. Unlike the big four banks, Scott is very approachable and has a "can do" attitude, who understands the needs of small business operators. Scott attends most of our Open Shed BBQ's and is always happy to assist those of our clients who are looking to make the jump from renting to owning their own business premises.
