Caliber customer service is not the best, they charge you for paying your mortgage unless you sign up for biweekly payments, but they hold on to your money its not apply to the account, no real benefit to the customer, and don't try refinancing they were horrible, extremely stressful.

I am so fed up with the lack of customer service from this facility. I reached out to them back in July 2018 when I was going through the process of buying a home and considering getting a mortgage. At the time I was working with them and handed over ORIGINAL IRS documents to go fourth with the process. I was denied with very little help or information on what to do. Since July I have sent numerous emails on retrieving my documents to a man named Rocco and have had 0 reply till now and its March 2019. As of now I need my documents to file taxes and I mentioned to him I did end up buying the home and closed in July. The response I got was along the lines "how did I do that without having my paperwork". It is none of your buisness first and for most on the route I took on buying but I ended up paying the house off right away. But as of now responses I got was he cannot find my paperwork and yet again my emails are going unanswered. Do not use this place under any circumstance. You will be treated poorly go unanswered and left in the dark. They do not care about the customer or helping them and they clearly do not care about important personal financial documents because they tend to go up missing. By all means use a different mortgage company because here you will not be treated fairly as who knows who has my personal documents.

My husband and I had a great experience working with Caliber. Spencer and everyone on his team are so helpful and we loved the text message updates on the status of our loan, how cool is that! I would highly recommend them.
