They did a hard inquiry on my credit and then because I didnt have a piece of mail with me, they would not open an account. When I came back with the mail, they said they would have to pull my credit again. They should have asked me for my documentation BEFORE pulling my credit. No thanks. If they will show such disregard for me at the very beginning, who knows what kind of shenanigans they would subject me to in the future.

At least 6 times they cancelled or shut off my debit card without any knowledge from me saying to prevent fraud and help me out. I curgently have a few hundred in my account and tonight again DECLINED. I can't call them after hours. I was at a gas station attempting to fill my tank, so I had to borrow some money from my buddy while the bank illegally holds on to my money. They put check on hold only around the 1st of the month when rent is due saying they cannot release the hold. After several harsh words stating I will not let them hold my money to accumulate their ilown interest from it they happily released it. Been a member over 10 years on mu own stupidity save yourself the hardship they dont care about you period......

My experience has been a nightmare I pushed the one star to leave this message and they don't deserve this one star. The people I've dealt with are very incompetent and has made mistakes that were very costly to me. I'm now looking for another Credit Union I've only been with Cal Coast 4 months. The El Cajon branch is full of it.
