joined back in January 1999, when I was hired by Caltech, since then have been at three different jobs which provided their own credit unions, but chose to remain with Caltech Employees Credit Union, have had two car loans, credit card, etc. I have always had great service. Love the friendly employees that I consider to be friends as well, more like I family, I always feel welcomed. as a matter of fact, will be stopping by on a few.

Don't bother with them, they're bureaucratic, rude, and offer limited services. Wasted so much of my time. Should have opened an account with one of the proper banks instead.
