I belong to a different credit union which is a sister to Campus USA. I have previously utilized the night drop for deposits with no problem. Yesterday (Sunday) I made a cash and check Deposit to my credit union account. I looked this morning to see if the monies got credited to my account. After 4 calls I finally got to speak to a Representative. I was told that I need to go in person to make the deposit, I am making a DEPOSIT and NOT a withdrawal. Baffled. Another half hour trip not necessary. Oh and nobody called me to let me know before I called. SMH. Follow up statement. I visited this office and spoke at length with the Branch Manager. She explained in detail policies and procedures. I honestly missed the sign on the night depository that stated that share branch members must be identified prior to transacting business. She was especially cordial and understanding and processed my deposit. My initial review was out of frustration! As an ex banker I should have been more understanding! I have changed my review to 5 stars. Thank you.
