I opened our Cantaloupe account in December of 2017. I received my first billing statement in January. I was double charged for an activation fee as I had to replace a seed reader under warranty. This I understand. However, getting ahold of anyone at Cantaloupe is a nightmare. I had to leave several voicemails with no response. Ultimately, my issue was resolved through a helpful associate at Greenlite. Or so I thought, to date I have not been refunded this erroneous charge, in addition, my most recent billing statement still has an additional incorrect monthly fee. Good luck getting ahold of anyone to rectify this. Not an impressive start.
