Overall Feedback:
Just came and towed our car without even a knock on the door. And we live 8 hours away! Yes, we had gotten behind on our payment, but all of our things were in the vehicle and they didn't even try to get anyone, they just took it. 9am. Broad daylight. Knock on the door?! Now I suppose we have to call you to get some kind of appointment set up to either, get right with our payment or, get our things. Are we supposed to drive the 8 hours to come get them??? I seriously just cannot believe they just took it without even attempting to inform anyone... SMH trash.
