Screwed up billing more than once. I cancelled my policy just to get it figured out, and after my audit, the insurance company charged me twice what they were supposed to. Then they kept charging me even though the policy was cancelled. this year, we got setup again. they charge 20 bucks to take money from my card. I'm not happy with this outfit. I got setup on May 18, they send bills 28 days in advance, but we never got a bill til it was already past due.
