Marc Capone filed a motion for my wife to have a tax lien removed. We spoke to 3 other attorney's before we hired Marc, and they had no idea how to get this lien off. It took a few months to go through the court, but Marc and his team got it done. He gave us a very reasonable all inclusive price to get the job done, even though there was some back and forth with the courts. We are very pleased with his service and the outcome.

I strongly urge people not to use the services of this man. My elderly mother went to him to resolve an issue concerning a foreclosure. My father passed away and my mother considered bankruptcy because after the doctor bills, we were left with nothing. This man either took advantage of he is simply a bad attorney. When there are no assets involved you don't have to declare bankruptcy. She is 74 on pension and social security. But he took an almost 2,000 dollars non-refundable, retainer fee, two years ago and has since done nothing. Don't hire this guy !!!

I strongly urge anyone reading this review, to refrain from retaining the legal services of Marc Capone. I recently retained his services for a Bankruptcy. I was persuaded to pay for services (never rendered) IN FULL. After reluctantly paying over $3000 up front to file, circumstances arose rendering a bankruptcy a legal impossibility for me at this point in time, at which we requested a refund numerous times, only to be completely ignored to date. A petition was NEVER FILED on my behalf, nor was any work done on my case what so ever. The fact that Marc Capone could take advantage of a client in this manor is reprehensible, to say the least, and we plan on taking further legal action against him if our fee is not returned posthaste . Strongly caution anyone doing business with this office.
