Rude and desrespectful. I will never ever go back to them. They have no clue about customer service. They do not know how to pick there words and they embarrassed me infront of the other customers standing there.

Asside from the fact that they have no concept of customer sevice, they have a way of making people feel like they're doing you a favour by processing transactions. I have been there a few times, and time and time again I leave disapointed. The ONLY upside to Cash a Cheque is their location. But hey, Cash Money and Money mart are just down the street. Perhaps the employees have not had ANY formal training on how to deal with paying customers. But couldn't you at least try and make it a somewhat pleasant experience for the consumer.

Horrible horrible service from a guy named shawn. I came here to have a cheque cashed and another location called them if they have money available. The guy on the phone said yes and I drove all the way there and the guy SHAWN was like "oh I cant help you, we don't do that here, nobody called". Don't go here at all!.
