Never been so mortified in my whole life! I have been a long time customer to this company and generally had little issues. Until this past week. I have always paid my bill and if not was always in contact and advised when I can pay and proceeded to do so. Until this past Friday I was unable to make my payment until after the weekend. They attempted to call me ONCE regarding the late payment at 3pm Monday.. on a blocked number being at work I did not answer. Within 15 min she (Suzanne Smith) had called my friend, my coworker, my dad and my very recent ex! Less than 20 min after missing her call and before I could even check my VM I had recieved a TXT from my dad a missed call from my ex, the co worker asked me what's up and my boss emailed me. All because at this point was only 3 days late paying and this was their first attempt to contact me!!! Never in my life would I have imagined that she would not even allow me time to respond to the miss call or not even attempt a 2nd call before she whent to the extreme that she did, was absolutely unnecessary and completely mortifying for no good reason! I paid off what I owed and never intended on using this company ever again! Shame on you. Filing a complaint with the better business bureau.
