If I could I would give 0 stars. Rude and unprofessional service from both of the people behind the desk. I call to make sure I can bring in Xbox One without controller. The blonde lady says yes so I walk almost 3 miles to bring it in but once i get there the black dude at the desk says they can't take them. Then they get rude me once I show frustration with a mistake they made. Do not go here if you want to be treated fairly. Not to mention I felt like a criminal the whole time I was in there with the dirty looks the old black dude kept giving me. From the time I walked in there I knew it was gonna be some bs. He was looking like he was automatically gonna tell me no regardless of what I came in for. Like I said earlier the blonde lady told me yes with no hesitation only to tell me sorry we're humans. If ur the owner and read this I strongly suggest you get new staff cause your current staff is the worst. It's not my fault your employee told me over the phone I could bring my Xbox One in.im gonna be brutally honest I think if my skin color was different they would've taken it. I've never felt so disgusted with a place of service like this. This place makes cash America pawn shop look like gold
