I just had the worst customer service I have ever had in Queensland we were standing at the counter waiting to be served a employee walked up did not acknowledge us in any way and turned her back to us and began playing around with a labelling machine, we continued to stand there and she continued to ignore us another worker at the loans area told her there is customers behind you to that she replied with a joke and laughed then started up a conversation with the other staff member. We then walked around the counter stood in front of her and asked for what we were looking for to this she replied with a one word answer “No” then continued playing around with the labelling machine.So to this staff member I say you are a disgrace to retail and if you don’t want to work then don’t. And to cash converters I say is this really the face you want representing your company? If it is then I am embarrassed for you.My husband and I buy many things from your store and have never seen this staff member before and will never again.There is no excuse for bad customer service at any level but especially not at this level.
