Scammers BEWARE!sold me a phone that was not unlocked as stated in there online advert..was paid for via Visa and delivered on time...contacted the store for a refund and the phone was locked too orange and I am on 3 network...they said return the phone for a full refund within 5 working days! Which I done within 24 hours signed for recorded special delivery...still waiting for my refund 11 days later..staff abusive and do not return calls..also lie blatantly.. this was the shipley store..had to contact the ombudsman and trading standards leaving it to them now...I'm told they will win my case with ease...ALSO THE HAVE READVERTISED MY PHONE FOR SALE WHICH IS ILLEGAL ITSELF!(YES MY PHONE AS U HAVE NOT PAID ME!HORROR STORYS ALL OVER THE INTERNET ABOUT THIS BUNCH OF COWBOYSBEWARE EVERYONE*** DO NOT BUY FROM THEM ***YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !!
