I have never had a worse experience with any establishment, ever. If you don't want your car destroyed, do not trust your car with these people. --I handed over my car to Copart in Graham to be sold at their auction. My car was nice; a 2011 Dodge Charger. They allow a car to be auctioned up to 3 times. After the 3rd auction finished with my car, i wasn't happy with the price so i declined to sell it. When i came to pick up my car, it was completely torn apart. Right away, i noticed that all four tires were switched out to worse, worn out ones. Whats even worse is that the battery that the car once had, had been replaced with one that was very close to dying. As one would, i asked the manager about whatever happened to my car. They made it seem that they have no idea what i was talking about and when i began threatening to call the police, they asked me if i had any proof that my car was different when i first gave it to them. I have not taken any pictures of my car prior to handing it over to them to show as proof, and the pictures that were used for the auction were deleted because the auction had ended. So i left the place with my car in worse condition than when i first handed it in. Needless to say, i was, and still am, extremely upset. Now i have to buy a new battery and new tires so i can sell it again.--Moral of the story: if you are going to sell your car on this website, take detailed pictures of your car and what it looked like before you hand it over to this business. They will make all efforts to strip your car.
