The women here are wonderful! First tried Shnayder's and the man wouldn't even give me a quote because he said it was no where near what I wanted. (Tried there before, was offered 1/4 of the price I eventually sold that piece for) Next came here because of all the wonderful reviews. Was trying to sell one piece because I thought I could get more money for it. The women looked at the piece I was wearing noticing it was a cheaper less timeless/desirable piece and wanted to know why I didn't want to sell that one instead, (because it was a butterfly) since it wasn't as good a piece. She suggested I keep my better piece and offered me very close to the same amount of my better piece and even offered to GIVE me a similar, cheaper piece to replace my piece on top of what she offered me for the piece. I left with the money I needed, a pendant I liked, and got to keep my better more exspensive piece as well. Never expected such honesty and generosity from a pawn shop. Would highly recommend!
