I've dealt with Danielle on a few occasions and she's been absolutely fantastic. She's a credit to the company and deserves recognition for doing her job so well. Marianne is a great manager and there's always a good atmosphere in the shop. They have a good selection of stock at reasonable prices and there's always a bargain to be snapped up !

I have a small dog, I picked it up and asked the staff if it was ok to have a shop. They said it was cool and they were friendly. I then found what I was after and made a purchase. If I hadn't been able to enter with my dog then they wouldn't have made that sale. I will return in the future if I fancy a browse.

Bought a computer and told it had activation key for windows which was not true. Tried to the explain to the manager who just said the retail assistant doesn’t know much about computers. They offered no refund because there wasn’t actually a fault. I wouldn’t go near this place if that’s the level of service.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE if you want the things to work, dont ask for your money back if so because you will not get it. Rude manager. Foul language!!just scam artist who make you look like your in the wrong when you have been completly ripped off. They dont check the items when they buy them. 3rd time i bought somthing 3rd time got ripped off!! NEVER GO. (GO CEX)

Brought an xbox last week online i emailed the very next day for info on when it will be delivered (thursday last week) well after sending loads of emails almost like i was harrasing them i finally got a email back after twlling thwm if not heard from them by today i will get paypal on the case the reply was aorry but the xbox you brought online was sold therefore we issued a refund 5 days for that reply surely you would of known thw day i brought it if it was instock or not.All though im a fan of CG I rec to anyone to just go to cash generators shops you will probs find it cheaper and you can get it there and then.
